Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end RFP activities from requirement gathering to award support.
Conduct supplier sourcing, scouting, outreach and coordination.
Prepare and issue RFPs through Ariba/Coupa/Ivalua.
Manage supplier queries, bid submissions, clarifications and follow-ups.
Perform commercial bid analysis, benchmarking and TCO/cost analysis.
Support supplier evaluation and award recommendations.
Manage contract templates, documentation, deviations and approvals.
Ensure procurement governance, compliance and audit readiness.
Track RFP pipeline, cycle time, SLAs, supplier participation and savings.
Prepare dashboards and reports to improve sourcing efficiency.
