Electrical Manager – Weaving

Experience: 12 to 20 Years

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Supervisor Competency Certificate / Electrical License preferred

Industry Experience
Minimum 10+ years in textile weaving operations.
Hands-on experience in weaving plants with Air Jet, Rapier, Sulzer, or Projectile looms.
Exposure to sizing, warping, humidification, compressors, and utility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the electrical maintenance team for the weaving division.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of weaving machines and utilities.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, servo drives, sensors, and automation systems.




Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Manage HT/LT electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, compressors, and substations.
Ensure statutory compliance and electrical safety standards.
Maintain machine uptime and reduce electrical breakdowns.
Coordinate with production teams for planned maintenance activities.
Handle spare parts inventory and maintenance budgeting.
