Responsible for the Ward routine, equipment and patients.
Ensures skilled handover and takeover of shift.
Coordinates closely with Admissions to plan resource deployment based on occupancy; when expected to be full, to escalate if resources are required.
Understands patient & consultant requirements and plans resource deployment to meet the need.
Ensures effective staffing, material and equipment availability.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
