Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate current business and achieve sales targets by meeting Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Contractors, and other key clients.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features, applications, and benefits to potential clients.
Develop and maintain a strong dealer and distribution network across the assigned region.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
Plan and implement new marketing and promotional activities to increase product awareness and market reach.
Provide product samples, catalogues, and display panels to clients and channel partners.
Regularly follow up with leads, enquiries, and potential customers to convert them into business.
Travel within North India and, when required, other parts of India for client meetings and business development.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Perform other sales and marketing activities as assigned by management.




Training & DevelopmentSelected candidates will undergo 5–6 months of comprehensive product and customer-handling training at our manufacturing facility in Panchkula.
The training will provide in-depth knowledge of our products, applications, sales process, and customer dealing.
Candidate RequirementsActive, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in dealer/distributor network development will be preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively across North India and other regions of India as required.
Candidate should have a personal vehicle for local travel and client visits.
Ability to independently manage the assigned territory and develop recent business opportunities.
Experience in building materials, construction, architectural products, interiors, or related industries will be an advantage.
Working DetailsWorking Hours: 8 hours per day
Weekly Off: Sunday
Working hours and weekly off may vary depending on business meetings, client appointments, and work schedules.
Job Location: North India / Tricity initially, with travel as required.
