Role Description The Tourism Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji, responsible for supporting clients throughout their travel journey. Daily tasks include advising customers on travel options, creating customized itineraries, booking transportation and accommodations, and coordinating local tours and activities. The role involves handling inquiries in person and over the phone, resolving service issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from initial consultation to trip completion.

Specialist will also collaborate with local vendors, maintain accurate booking records,



promote company packages, and participate in sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and repeat business.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with clients and partners.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Travel & Tourism, including itinerary planning, destination familiarity, and basic travel regulations.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction, issue resolution, and professional behavior.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to promote packages, convert leads, and support local outreach efforts.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field are beneficial.
Proficiency in local languages and English, along with basic computer skills (emails, booking tools, office software), is preferred.
Ability to work in office in Panaji, manage multiple bookings, and maintain attention to detail in a quick-paced environment.
