Role & responsibilities
Manage inward & outward material, GRN/SAP entries and documentation.
Verify material, identify shortages/damages and maintain proper records.
Maintain physical & SAP stock reconciliation and minimum stock levels.
Handle storage, stacking, labeling, 5S and safety requirements.
Manage material picking, dispatch, loading and vehicle documentation.
Maintain packaging stock such as Box, Pallet, Lid, Sleeve and Insert.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and warehouse reports.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, HO and Operations.
Follow up on shortages, damages and operational issues.
Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations as per SOP and safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile




24 years of experience in Warehouse / Stores / Logistics Operations.
Hands-on experience in SAP, GRN, inventory and stock reconciliation.
Positive knowledge of inward, outward, dispatch and material handling.
Experience in MIS reporting and warehouse documentation.
Knowledge of 5S, SOP, safety and warehouse practices.
Positive coordination and communication skills with transporters, customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
Candidates from Manufacturing / Automotive / Logistics industry Packaging service industry preferred.
