Lead end-to-end R&D; and NPD projects from concept to production.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets and resources.
Drive tractor platform development, product improvement and engineering projects.
Coordinate with Design, Testing, Homologation, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM and Service teams.
Track project progress, risks, delays and critical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct project reviews and ensure milestone and action-plan closure.
Manage prototype, engineering changes, testing and validation activities.
Ensure project delivery within cost, quality, performance and timeline targets.
Support VA/VE, cost reduction and product upgrades.
Prepare project dashboards, MIS and management reports for senior leadership.
Improve PMO processes, project tracking systems and governance mechanisms.
Lead project teams and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
