Pearl HR Services is urgently hiring experienced AR Callers for GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, a global leader in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). We are seeking motivated professionals with a strong background in physician billing and denial management to join a rapid-paced voice process team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process for physician billing within the US healthcare domain.
Analyze unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims to ensure timely resolution and maximum reimbursement.
Follow up consistently with insurance companies (Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payers) via phone calls to resolve outstanding claims.
Handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
Utilize medical billing software and MS Office to accurately document,



investigate, and track claim statuses.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of mandatory AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare RCM.
Education: Undergraduates or Graduates are eligible to apply.
Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes. Hands-on technical knowledge of the CMS-1500 claim form is required.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills suitable for an international voice process.
Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving abilities to effectively analyze and resolve complex claim discrepancies.
Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working rotational shifts.
