Role & responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
Ensure proper inventory management, stock accuracy and cycle counting.
Monitor GRN, put-away, picking, dispatch and material movement processes.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of warehouse records.
Coordinate with transportation, operations, customers and internal teams.
Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping and 5S standards.
Monitor manpower productivity and operational performance.
Handle discrepancies, damages, shortages and inventory-related issues.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies and safety guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly operational and inventory reports.
Support audits and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.
