Job Responsibilities
Monitor and track company vehicles through GPS/tracking systems.
Coordinate with drivers, supervisors and the operations team.
Monitor vehicle movement, trip status, delays and route deviations.
Follow up with drivers for timely reporting and trip completion.
Update daily tracking details in Excel/ERP.
Prepare daily tracking and vehicle movement reports.
Immediately escalate breakdowns, delays and operational issues.
Ensure proper follow-up and closure of tracking-related issues.

Candidate Requirements




Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Ability to monitor multiple vehicles and handle follow-ups.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
