Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our hospitality team in Kuwait. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced professional kitchen and working effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
Ensure proper taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of food.
Perform food preparation activities including cutting, chopping, marinating, seasoning, and cooking.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.




Assist with inventory management, proper storage, and stock rotation of food ingredients.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of orders.
Maintain a clean, organised, and secure working setting.
Follow instructions from the Chef/Supervisor and support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience as a Cook in a qualified kitchen or hospitality setting.
Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred/required.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
