Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support procurement operations, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, and timely material purchasing. The ideal candidate should have manufacturing industry experience and positive negotiation and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers.
Prepare comparative statements for price and commercial evaluation.
Coordinate with vendors regarding prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Assist in vendor development and supplier evaluation.
Calculate material costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.




Assist in procurement budgeting and purchase planning.
Maintain purchase records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requirements.

Required Skills:
