US IT Recruiter – Fresher / Experienced

We are hiring US IT Recruiters for our Vadodara team. Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates with US IT staffing experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, and databases.
Screen resumes and match candidates with US IT job requirements.
Conduct candidate calls, qualify profiles, and coordinate interviews.
Understand W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and Green Card work authorization.
Use Boolean Search, ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and VMS for candidate sourcing.
Maintain candidate pipelines and complete timely follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.

Requirements




Freshers are welcome; experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing is a plus.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and US Staffing.
Willingness to work US/night shifts.
Good sourcing, negotiation, follow-up, and time-management skills.
