Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments for smooth order processing.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, invoices, and related documentation.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely order delivery.
Follow up with customers regarding payments, deliveries, and order status.
Maintain customer records and update sales data in ERP/CRM.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and resolving customer queries.
Positive communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills required
