Role Purpose:
Conduct monthly/quarterly process audits across hospitals and departmental functions to assess adherence to approved SOPs, policies, workflows, and operational standards.
Evaluate end-to-end hospital processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, control weaknesses, and deviations from defined standards.
Perform root-cause analysis of process deviations and recurring issues and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare structured audit reports highlighting observations, risks, impact, root causes, recommendations, and agreed action plans.




Monitor corrective action implementation and conduct follow-up audits to verify closure and sustainability of improvements.
Partner with hospital and functional teams to standardize processes, improve compliance, reduce variation, and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify prospects for process simplification, automation, digitization, cost optimization, and elimination of non-value-added activities.
Develop and track process audit dashboards and management reports, highlighting recurring gaps, improvement trends, and opportunities for group-wide standardization.Role & responsibilities
