About The Role

Jiveesha is live in production and still largely sold by its founders. As Head of Sales you will build the motion that replaces that: pipeline across clinical centres and schools, pricing discipline, pilot-to-paid conversion, renewals — and the playbook the sales team we hire after you will run.

Key responsibilities

• Own the private pipeline across clinical centres, schools and special schools.
• Take pilots to paid, and paid accounts to renewal.
• Run demonstrations alongside the Resident Clinical Expert, so every clinical claim in a pitch is one we can stand behind.
• Hold pricing discipline — every concession against a named reason and an expiry.
• Maintain the deal register: one person answerable for every named account.
• Hand every signed account to onboarding with a clean scope, so what was sold is what gets delivered.
• Build the playbook, then hire and lead the clinical and schools sales roles beneath it.
• Report pipeline by stage, without optimism baked in.

What we’re looking for





• 6+ years selling B2B software or services to institutions in India.
• A track record of building a motion, not only working an inherited one.
• Fluency with healthcare, education or public-sector buying cycles.
• Willingness to travel for demonstrations, pilots and renewals.
• Enough integrity to lose a deal rather than oversell a clinical claim.
