About The Role

Every screening result is a clinical claim. As Resident Clinical Expert you will be the full time clinical presence inside the company: running demonstrations and handling clinical escalations, training users on the platform, teaching as one of our Academy trainers, working alongside NIEPID, and going into the room with the sales team wherever a clinical voice is needed. You will also hold the internal veto on what Daira is allowed to say about a child.

Key responsibilities

• Run clinical demonstrations of Jiveesha for centres, hospitals, schools and government partners.
• Handle clinical escalations from live accounts and see each one through to resolution.
• Train clinical users on the platform across centres, hospitals and special schools.
• Teach as an Academy trainer — deliver and certify training for teachers, anganwadi workers and clinicians, and keep the clinical content current.
• Work with NIEPID on instruments, clinical review and validation.
• Travel with the sales team to meetings,



demonstrations and pilots wherever a clinical voice is needed.
• Review product language and outputs for clinical integrity and dignity, and hold the veto on any claim the evidence does not support.
• Feed practice reality back into what gets built next.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s in clinical psychology, rehabilitation psychology or a related field; RCI registration preferred.
• Hands-on experience with neurodevelopmental assessment in Indian contexts.
• Experience training adults — clinicians, teachers or frontline workers.
• Confidence presenting to clinicians, principals and government officials, and willingness to travel for it.
• Fluency in English and at least one of Hindi, Telugu, Odia or Gujarati.
• Firm on standards, warm with people.
