Role & responsibilities
Manage acute and life-threatening pediatric emergencies in the emergency room or ward.
Attend high-risk deliveries or perform immediate newborn resuscitation in the labor room/NICU when required.
Conduct round-the-clock ward rounds to monitor the clinical progress of admitted young patients.
Review vital signs, adjust treatment plans, and write necessary medication or intravenous fluid orders.
Respond immediately to nurse calls or sudden clinical deteriorations of inpatients.
