We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Kitchen Stewarding Team (KST).Job Summary

As a KST Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our culinary team by maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen area. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of our food and beverage operations and ensure compliance with food safety standards.Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize all cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery.
Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machinery according to safety guidelines.
Ensure the kitchen floor, counters, workstations, and waste disposal areas are kept clean and organized.
Assist in the safe unloading and storage of kitchen supplies and food deliveries.




Dispose of kitchen waste promptly and adhere to recycling and waste management procedures.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations established by the hotel management.

Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience in hotel kitchen stewarding or a similar cleaning role is preferred, but freshers eager to learn are welcome to apply.
Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical workloads.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and sanitation practices is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
