Generate current leads and increase business from existing customers.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up and customer service.
Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and activities.
Demonstrate products, explain technical benefits and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with the back office, warehouse and management for order processing, delivery and customer complaints.
Submit daily market visit, sales, order and payment follow-up reports.
