Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and through email
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system




Assist with inventory management by restocking merchandise and organizing product displays
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers
Stay knowledgeable about Skechers products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and productive manner to ensure customer satisfaction
