Support communication with influencers via email, calls, and social media.
Assist in nurturing long-term relationships with talent.
Maintain updated talent databases and performance sheets.
Campaign

Coordination
Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals between brands and talent.
Ensure smooth execution from brief to live content.
Content &
Brand Alignment
Review content drafts to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Support influencers with clarifications on campaign expectations and deliverables.
Help maintain consistency in talent positioning and communication.
Performance

Tracking &
Reporting




Monitor campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions.
Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
Identify optimization opportunities for future campaigns.
Contracts &
Documentation (Basic Level)
Assist in reviewing influencer agreements for accuracy and clarity.
Support documentation and compliance processes.
Industry

Intelligence
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
Share insights to improve influencer strategies and campaign effectiveness.
