Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, selection and offer processes.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or related field.
36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
Robust sourcing, screening, interviewing and stakeholder-management skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
Valuable communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver within tight timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS/recruitment tools.
