Training Manager Housekeeping

What You’ll Do:
Lead all training programs for professionals offering housekeeping services in the allotted city.
Develop and refine training content, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Provide hands-on training and support to skilled partners on standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Implement training interventions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring consistent training delivery across all locations.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary improvements based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to address skill gaps.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development for blue-collar professionals.

What We Need:




Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in top-tier hotels, facility management, or startups, with a focus on training and development.
Robust leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
Proven experience in managing teams of professionals, preferably in hotels or facility management.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training content for blue-collar workers.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.
