Role Description The Volunteer role at Sensiple is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the individual will support various internal initiatives, projects, and events aligned with Sensiple’s technology and business objectives.

Day-to-day tasks may include assisting project teams with documentation, helping organize and coordinate team activities, supporting outreach or community programs, and contributing to process improvements where needed. The volunteer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow established guidelines,



and maintain clear communication with supervisors to ensure assigned tasks are completed effectively. This role is suited for individuals who are eager to gain exposure to a technology-driven organization while contributing meaningfully to ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly in English, both in writing and verbally, and collaborate with diverse teams.
Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and a willingness to learn and take on current responsibilities.
Interest in technology-driven business environments and in contributing to community or organizational initiatives.
Ability to work in office in Chennai full time and adhere to Sensiple’s policies and guidelines.
Prior volunteer or internship experience is beneficial but not required; relevant academic background in any discipline is an advantage.
