Roles and Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Veeva Vault Clinical applications in line with approved business and system requirements.
Partner with clinical operations stakeholders to assess requirements, define solutions, and support product enhancements.
Manage platform configuration activities including objects, workflows, lifecycle settings, permissions, and related Vault components.
Investigate application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution of production and non-production incidents.
Support release activities, system upgrades, validation evidence, and controlled change implementation across the Veeva Vault environment.
Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Clinical configuration and administration.
Robust understanding of the Veeva Vault Platform and its configuration framework.
Practical knowledge of clinical operations processes and related technology workflows.
Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable, compliant Vault solutions and support testing and release activities.
Valuable to Have
Application support experience in a regulated life sciences setting.
Knowledge of GxP validation practices.
Understanding of GxP compliance requirements.
Education: Any graduation or post-graduation degree.
