Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments and customer collections.
Prepare and verify GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Reconcile bank, vendor, customer and project accounts.
Track project-wise expenses, revenue, billing and profitability.
Coordinate with project, procurement and billing teams for accounting entries.
Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, cash-flow and outstanding reports.
Monitor advances, retention amounts, TDS receivables/payables and other project-related balances.
Assist in monthly and annual closing, audits and finalization of accounts.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
Ensure proper documentation and internal controls for all financial transactions.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and accounting principles.
Experience with Tally / ERP / Excel.
Positive understanding of construction/project accounting.
Solid reconciliation and analytical skills.
Ability to independently manage accounting operations and deadlines.
