Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Wedding Sales Coordinator to generate wedding enquiries, coordinate client requirements, and support the sales process for wedding and event bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and handle wedding and event enquiries.
Understand client requirements, budgets, and event preferences.
Conduct venue visits and explain available facilities and packages.
Prepare quotations and event proposals.
Follow up with prospective wedding clients.
Coordinate with banquet,



F&B;, décor, and operations teams.
Maintain client records and booking details.
Assist in contract and booking documentation.
Coordinate with clients before and during events.
Support the team in achieving wedding sales targets.
