My client is a leading global shipping company specialising in the commercial and operational management of vessels, with a robust presence in the tanker sector, and they are currently looking for a Vessel Operations Analyst to join their team and support the smooth and effective execution of tanker voyages.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day tanker vessel operations and voyage execution.
Coordinate with Masters, Charterers, Brokers, Agents and Terminals.
Monitor ETA/ETD, port operations, loading/discharging and voyage progress.
Ensure compliance with charter-party requirements and voyage instructions.
Handle operational issues, delays, deviations and follow-ups.
Coordinate voyage documentation, bunkering, port requirements and operational expenses.




Support demurrage, off-hire and operational claims.
Prepare vessel/voyage reports and maintain accurate operational records.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in tanker vessel operations.
Robust understanding of tanker, port and voyage operations.
Experience coordinating with Masters, Charterers, Brokers and Agents.
Knowledge of charter-party terms, demurrage and off-hire preferred.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
