Key Responsibilities / KRAs
Handle all IVR complaints and installation-related queries.
Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
Coordinate with field technicians and assign daily duties.
Monitor technician activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Manage payment collection and coordinate with customers/field teams.
Maintain proper records and updates in CRM software.
Prepare basic quotations as required.
Coordinate between customers, technicians, and internal teams for smooth service operations.
Ensure proper follow-up on pending complaints, installations, and service requests.
Handle multiple operational activities while maintaining service quality
Candidate Profile
Candidate should be multitasking and quick to learn.
Should have good communication skills with transparent articulation.
Basic English is sufficient, provided the candidate can communicate clearly.
Should be comfortable working on different CRM platforms.
Prior experience in after-sales service, complaint handling, customer support, or service operations will be preferred.
