Job Title : Associate Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM)
Job Summary:Responsible for recruiting, developing and activating insurance agents while achieving assigned business and recruitment targets. Build robust agent and customer relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard insurance agents.
Build and maintain a strong agent pipeline
Train and support agents to improve performance
Achieve monthly/quarterly business and recruitment targets
Build strong relationships with agents and clients
Criteria
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Age 20 to 40 years
Valuable communication skills
Strong sourcing, recruitment and relationship-management skills.
Result oriented with sales/business development ability
Good knowledge of the local market
