JOB DESCRIPITION ACCOUNTANT

Position: Accountant

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Experience: Experienced Candidates Preferred Salary: 20k-25k

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accurate and timely accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank-related records.
Maintain petty cash and daily expense records.
Handle GST and TDS calculations, entries, and related documentation.
Assist with GST returns and other statutory compliance work.
Maintain ledger accounts and perform regular ledger reconciliation.
Prepare monthly accounting and financial reports.




Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
Maintain proper records of vendor and client transactions.
Assist with payroll-related accounting entries when required.
Coordinate with CA/auditors for taxation, compliance, and audit requirements.
Ensure all financial records are accurate and properly documented.

Candidate Requirements
B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualificationpreferred.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Practical knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
Previous accounting experience will be preferred.
