Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend features using Java or Python.
Build scalable, secure, high-performance backend solutions.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests.
Participate in code reviews.
Stay updated with backend frameworks, emerging technologies, AI tools, and coding agents.
Contribute to software releases and project life-cycle activities.

Preferred candidate profile
5 to 6 years of backend development experience.
Robust Java or Python experience.
Robust OOP and design-pattern knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Spring, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of software engineering practices and release processes.
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with AI assistants and LLM prompting.
Ability to fact-check and validate AI-generated content.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Robust teamwork skills.
