We are looking for a responsible, proactive and highly organised Travel Operations & Client Servicing Executive who can take complete ownership of customer bookings after the sale has been confirmed.
This is a hands-on operational role. You will coordinate with customers, DMCs, hotels, transport providers, activity providers, airlines and other travel partners to ensure that every booking is properly planned, confirmed and executed from the time of booking until the customer returns home.
We are looking for someone who does not simply complete assigned tasks, but takes ownership of the entire booking and actively ensures that nothing is missed.
Key Responsibilities1.



DMC & Supplier Coordination• Coordinate with international and domestic DMCs, hotels, transport providers, activity providers and other travel partners.
• Send booking requirements to suppliers and obtain timely confirmations.
• Follow up regularly on pending confirmations, documents and requirements.
• Verify hotels, transfers, activities, sightseeing and other inclusions against the confirmed customer itinerary.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information before they become customer-facing issues.
• Coordinate amendments, cancellations and special requests with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier communications, confirmations and pending requirements.
• Ensure all vendor commitments are properly documented and tracked.
Customer Coordination & Client Servicing• Take complete ownership of customers once their booking has been confirmed.
• Communicate booking updates clearly, professionally and promptly.
