Key Responsibilities

· Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for management, employees, clients, and business associates.

· Understand travel requirements, preferred schedules, destinations, and other specific preferences.

· Arrange flight, train, hotel, cab, chauffeur, airport transfer, and other travel bookings.

· Prepare detailed and practical travel itineraries for business and personal travel.

· Coordinate travel arrangements for client meetings, site visits, business meetings, events, and company-related activities.

· Research suitable flight and hotel options based on schedule, convenience, availability, and budget.

· Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, transport providers, and other service partners.

· Handle ticket modifications, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and other booking-related requirements.

· Monitor flight schedules and communicate delays, cancellations, or changes in travel plans.

· Arrange transportation and accommodation for visiting clients, guests, senior management,



and business associates when required.

· Maintain proper records of tickets, bookings, invoices, travel documents, and itineraries.

· Assist with visa, passport, travel insurance, and other travel documentation when required.

· Ensure all bookings are reconfirmed and travel arrangements are ready before departure.

· Handle urgent and last-minute travel requirements with minimum disruption.

· Maintain confidentiality of management, employee, client, and business travel information.

· Coordinate with accounts or administration teams regarding travel bills, invoices, and payment-related documentation.

· Maintain a database of preferred airlines, hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.

· Provide timely assistance before and during travel whenever required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
