About the Role
• Evolet Infosystem is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our growing Ahmedabad office.
• This is a 6-month internship designed for candidates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination and HR operations.
• You will work closely with our team to support the hiring process, connect with candidates and help build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other relevant recruitment platforms.
• Search for and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Contact candidates and explain relevant job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding-related activities.
• Support the HR team with daily recruitment and HR tasks.




• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidate information.

Requirements
• Interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional approach when speaking with candidates.
• Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work from the Ahmedabad office.
• Freshers and students with relevant skills are welcome.
