Operational:

a) Maintain highest standard of customer satisfaction and engagement process.

b) Daily operation rounds, briefing and addressing pending issues.

c) IP Management, meeting customers post admission, overseeing billing and discharge process.

d) Constant doctor engagement initiatives to ensure long lasting relationships

e) Ensure timely, accurate and legible documentation is maintained by consultants, RMOs and Nurses

f) Ensure maintenance of highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness

g) Comply to service and complaint management process and reduce complaints

h) Ensure timely execution of the initiatives/follow-up activities

i) Undertake cost optimization initiatives and reduce cost

j) Ensure that medical waste management system is in place according to standards

k) Ensure NABH / Applicable compliances are met.

l) Oversee safekeeping of center medical records and ensure availability at all times for auditing

m) Act as an escalation point for all operational issues related to the facility and take suitable action

n) Manage medico-legal cases and represent the center to legal bodies wherever necessary.

o) Manage allied services effectively i.e. Housekeeping, FnB, Security Guard.





Business Development:

a) The individual will work closely with the Sales Team to identify the potential business prospect in the area.

b) Increase organizational awareness through marketing initiatives.

c) Responsible for meeting revenue targets.

Service Culture

a) To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies & practices

b) Follow Gold standards and service protocols & institutionalize the same

Skilling & Training

a) Take part in training and get updated with processes/SOP & Nominate team for training

People Management

a) Engage with direct team member and vendors

b) Create reward and recognition platform

c) Maintain team roster and discipline

d) Record any people related issues with HR

MIS and Reporting

a) Comply to Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports share data with stakeholders on time

b) Comply with all tracker published by accreditation body or business or audit team

Governance

a) Participate and conduct operations review with team, peer and superior

b) Conduct monthly review with Allied service vendors
