Vibes Holidays is a growing travel and tour company providing domestic and international holiday packages to customers. We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Travel Consultant who can help create packages, handle customers, and confirm bookings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and create customized tour packages for them (domestic & international)

Work out pricing for hotels, flights, transfers, and activities, and prepare quotations

Respond to customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Confirm bookings and coordinate with vendors (hotels, transport, agents)

Handle payment follow-ups and invoicing/documentation work

Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business





Basic coordination with the social media and marketing team (as required)

Requirements

Qualification: 12th Pass only

Must be able to read and speak Gujarati (Must)

Hindi and basic English communication skills

Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp/Excel

Positive communication and convincing skills

Freshers can also apply; travel/tourism industry experience is an added advantage

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
