About Bright Idea Studios
Bright Idea Studios is a content studio that makes brand content people choose to watch: animated series, brand films, founder-led content, and social media that grows without leaning on paid spend.
Our founder has spent 12+ years leading content for brands including Dubai Tourism, Abu Dhabi Tourism, Intel, HSBC, Netflix and MG Motor. We're now building our UAE business, and we're looking for the person who will lead it.
The role
You'll own recent business in the UAE from first conversation to signed contract. You'll work directly with the founder, with no layers in between, and you'll have real say in which clients we go after and how we pitch them.
What you'll do
• Build and manage a pipeline of UAE brands across hospitality, real estate, F&B;, retail, tourism, tech and government-linked entities
• Open doors with CMOs, marketing heads and founders, and run discovery conversations that uncover the real brief
• Work with the founder and creative team to shape proposals, pricing and pitches
• Close retainers and project deals, and hand them over cleanly to delivery




• Keep relationships warm after signing so accounts grow and renew
• Track pipeline and report on it weekly

What we're looking for
• [3–6] years in business development or sales at a creative, content, digital or social media agency in the UAE
• An existing network of marketing decision-makers at UAE brands
• A explicit understanding of how agency deals work: retainers, scopes of work, rate cards and procurement
• The ability to sell creative work, and to explain why a content series is worth paying for
• Solid written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
• Self-driven: you follow up without being chased
• Currently based in Dubai

Nice to have
• Experience selling video, animation or branded content
• Relationships in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC
• Experience with a CRM
