Key Requirements:
Experience in Business Loan Collections/Recovery.
Robust exposure to Hard Bucket, NPA, and Write-Off cases.
Mandatory experience in agency handling and vendor management.
Valuable negotiation and recovery skills.
Experience in Banks/NBFCs preferred.
