Job descriptionJoin Us as a Biology Learning Facilitator at Sparkling Mindz Global School
Where children (and adults) learn to think, feel, question, dream and change the world.

Who We Are
In a world where information is at your fingertips and change is the only constant, we believe learning should do more than prepare children for exams, it should prepare them for life.
At Sparkling Mindz, we reimagine education through a Reggio Emilia-inspired, empathy-driven, game-based approach that’s designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and changemaking spirit. Founded by alumni from Harvard, IIM, and ISB, we are a purpose-driven ecosystem helping children grow as thinkers, doers, and leaders.

Who You Are
You're not just looking for a job. You're seeking purpose.
You believe:
• That children are curious, capable, and full of potential.
• That science should inspire wonder, not just memorization.
• That learning is best when it's co-created with children not dictated to them.
• That you're still learning, and want to grow in a space that walks its talk on creativity, reflection, empathy, and growth.

If this resonates, read on, we’d love to meet you.
