Role & responsibilities • Welcoming customers and assisting them with their purchases.
Explaining our sweets and products to customers and helping them make the right choice.
Taking orders, packing products and ensuring accurate billing.
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the counter.
Handling customers politely and professionally.
Supporting the team in day-to-day shop operations.
Preferred candidate profile We are looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, respectful and customer-friendly, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a sweet shop, bakery, restaurant, retail store or similar customer-facing role will be an advantage, but valuable attitude and willingness to work are equally significant.
