We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist customers with travel-related queries.

Handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

Resolve customer service concerns through voice support.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions.

Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.





Follow process guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO Voice Process.

Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Positive command of English.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
