Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure site operations run smoothly by supervising laborers, controlling quantities, and overseeing construction activities.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize site execution.
Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and costs incurred.
Assist project manager in following day to day schedule, achieve project timelines, quality control, overlook safety measures undertaken on site.
The role requires solid knowledge of civil engineering principles, practical site execution skills, quality awareness, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
The candidate will ensure that construction work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and company requirements.
