Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: • Build and strengthen the complete QA system. • Lead, supervise and train the QA team. • Approve specifications, BMRs, SOPs and master formulations. • Manage batch release/rejection and quality documentation. • Oversee incoming-material and finished-product testing. • Manage vendor qualification and external laboratory testing. • Ensure FSSAI compliance and label/version control. • Handle complaints, deviations, CAPA and mock recalls. • Maintain retention samples and product traceability. • Review formulation changes from a technical and quality perspective.
