A Workshop Service Manager for River Mobility is tasked with the following key performance indicators:
Customer Experience: Maintain a target customer satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher through proper team training, transparent communication, and effective scooter repair turnaround times. [
Operational Targets: Manage day-to-day service workflows, floor technician productivity, and spare part tracking to meet or exceed regional service delivery benchmarks.
Team Leadership: Nurture a positive, highly team-oriented workshop culture to drive employee engagement, career development, and retention among service technicians. [1]
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
