Role & responsibilities
Conduct testing of construction materials such as cement, concrete, aggregates, soil, bricks, blocks, steel, bitumen, and asphalt.
Prepare and identify samples as per applicable testing standards.
Perform tests according to relevant IS codes and laboratory SOPs.
Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
Record test observations, calculations, and results accurately.
Prepare test reports and maintain laboratory records.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures and NABL requirements.
Check equipment calibration status before testing.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
Report any testing errors, equipment issues, or non-conformities to the supervisor.
Coordinate with the Quality Manager and Technical Manager.




Ensure timely completion of assigned testing activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of construction material testing and relevant IS codes.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
Valuable observation, analytical, and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain accurate test records and reports.
Willingness to learn and work in a laboratory setting.
Candidates from Surat or nearby locations preferred.
