Role & responsibilities
Contribute to product releases through feature design, development, and maintenance.
Collaborate with other developers on product development.
Develop unit tests before handing over work to QA.
Stay updated with server development, security, frameworks, and infrastructure technologies.
Develop code with focus on performance, correctness, security, and enterprise-level scale.
Apply recent technologies to improve and scale the product.
Participate in release processes and project life-cycle activities.
Prepare functional specifications and design documents.
Engage with customers in technical discussions.
Use AI assistants and effectively prompt LLMs for practical outputs.
Fact-check and validate AI-generated content.

Preferred candidate profile




4 to 6 years of development experience in the Java ecosystem.
Strong Java programming and J2EE knowledge.
Experience with object-oriented design and design patterns.
Experience in the security software domain.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of Spring and Hibernate is desirable.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
Knowledge of software engineering practices, release processes, and project life cycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Robust teamwork and proactive approach.
Hands-on experience with AI assistants and LLM prompting.
Understanding of AI hallucinations, biases, and limitations.
