Role & responsibilities
Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of diagnostic centres, including electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC/AC, UPS, DG, and other facility-related systems.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, service reports, AMC, and vendor visits.
Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of critical infrastructure and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues.
Ensure fire safety equipment, emergency systems, electrical panels, and other safety installations are properly maintained.
Monitor AMC/CMC agreements and ensure services are completed as per schedule.
Verify vendor work and service reports before submitting them for approval/payment.
Maintain inventory and records of maintenance-related spare parts and consumables.
Coordinate with centre teams to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Support current centre setup, renovation, shifting, and installation activities as required.




Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards, safety procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
Prepare regular maintenance reports and highlight critical issues to management.
Perform other maintenance and facility-related duties assigned by management

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
25 years of relevant experience in maintenance/facility management, preferably in healthcare or diagnostic centres.
Robust knowledge of electrical, HVAC/AC, plumbing, UPS, DG, civil and facility maintenance.
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and vendor coordination.
Good knowledge of AMC/CMC management and maintenance documentation.
Basic understanding of fire safety, electrical safety, and statutory requirements.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and maintenance reporting.
Willingness to travel to centres/sites as required.
