Role & responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of RO, WTP, ETP, and STP plants.
Should be able to carry out plumbing & Electrical Cabling jobs,
Coordinate Installation, Erection & Commissioning activities
Attend customer sites for preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves, dosing systems, filters, membranes, blowers, control panels, and associated equipment.
Support plant start-up, trial runs, performance monitoring, and optimization.
Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, checklists, and site observations.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and service teams for site requirements.
Guide and train plant operators on basic operation and maintenance practices.
Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE and tools.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Preferred candidate profile
ITI in Plumbing / Electrical / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or a related technical field.
15 years of relevant experience in RO/WTP/ETP/STP installation, commissioning, operation, or maintenance preferred.




Practical knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, piping, dosing systems, filtration, RO systems, and wastewater treatment equipment.
Basic ability to read P&ID;, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a project/service team.
Willingness to undertake frequent field travel.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a strong interest in field service may also be considered.
